In case of the durability of reinforced concrete and the possibility of corrosion on the rebar, we conduct carbonation tests on the concrete by measuring the chloride ion quantity. In addition, the test of the physical properties of external finishing materials includes the adhesion test of the external tiles and coating, the tensile test of the sealing, which are necessary data for large-scale repairs of the external wall.
