Steel frame structural investigation.
In case of the structure of steel-framed buildings, the evaluation of seismic performance and structural renovation design are conducted by matching and grasping in detail of the remodeling and modification form the existing structural blueprints. We mainly conduct visual investigations of structures and member joints, and record deterioration of changes, deformations, and damage. In addition, we investigate the welding situation of the member joints and the method and type of bolted joints visually, and perform detailed tests as necessary to reflect the current structural strength.
