The useful life of sealing waterproof such as rooftop, around the windows of external wall, is generally said to be around 10 to 15 years. Due to the constant influence of ultraviolet rays and rain water, the deterioration of breakage will appear, and if it progresses, the risk of water leakage toward the room will be increased. The regular inspection of waterproof will need to carry on at the same time of inspection of external wall.
