Based on customer’s needs, we propose a practical design plan for them.
We will also provide the latest nondestructive inspection technology
to contribute to the maintenance, management of buildings,
civil engineering structures and environmental preservation.

Design work

We are a specialized group dedicated to new structural design as well as seismic diagnosis, reinforcement, repair, and renovation design. We will make the best proposal by utilize the technology and construction method, considering with building, environment measure.

Building Inspection

The durability of buildings would get deteriorate, when time goes on. Perform the maintenance and inspection regularly will help to understand the grade of building. If we find out the deterioration (safeness, usage, appearance) of building, Our experts will propose detailed investigation and appropriate maintenance plan to you.

12method

Inspection of civil structure

During the maintenance and management of social infrastructure, including bridges and marine civil structures, we collect necessary data through detailed inspections and various non-destructive testing conducted by specialized engineers. Based on this data, we propose the most optimal repair plan to meet the required performance standards. In addition, we utilize advanced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to support on-site inspections.

Subsurface Cavity Survey

Our company utilizes the "Subsurface Cavity Investigation Vehicle" equipped with a high performance ground penetrating radar. This system enables non-destructive and high-precision detection of cavities formed beneath roads, aiming to prevent subsidence accidents before they occur. we "visualize" underground risks that cannot be detected by the naked eye, supporting the safe and secure maintenance of road infrastructure.
